Let me describe Windows Hello to you if you're unfamiliar with. To get started you need to visit any web browser and sign into your account. After signing in, you'll be required to complete a quick setup. You will see a window that displays a variety icons based on your operating system after you have successfully logged in to the system. One of them looks like a smiley face. Windows Hello is an overlay that displays a virtual keyboard in the browser on your computer or desktop if you have one.
You will need to open your browser to use Netscape mail client. Then, sign in to your Netscape account. If you already have an installed browser you can skip the step 2 and follow the prompts. Once you've successfully logged in, Windows Hello will display your commands for you. To create multiple Microsoft Exchange email accounts, you simply select "multi" from the main menu.
To move on we must create a new folder for email data. To accomplish this, click on "gear" in the upper right-hand corner and select "network settings". Once you're inside Outlook, you'll see a pane titled "mail". You will see an email folder called "E-mail Fold" with the name you just created.
Open the "E-mail Folders" pane by clicking on it. This will open another window. There are several folders. One for each primary email account. Within each of the individual folders, there will be subfolders which comprise only specific emails such as Marketing Email and Newsletters. By clicking on one of these folders will open it and display all the emails contained within it in the form of an inbox.
If you aren't sure which folder or subfolder to select for a particular mail client, simply click the plus icon and choose from a range of options. You'll notice that the default is "Outlook Express". It is possible to save all your files in this location. When you sign in to your account it will show all of your files, including any recent changes. The great thing about the Outlook web browser is that any changes you make are stored locally and are able to be found at any time.
